This 30 day fitness challenge is a great way to boost or begin your fitness journey!
Details:
~I will offer three, 45-minute classes/week in hopes that you can make at least two classes with your busy schedules. The class times are:
Sunday at 11AM, Tuesday at 10AM, and Thursday at 6:30PM
~The first class starts on Sunday, May 3rd
These live classes will challenge you, teach you, and hold you accountable to working at your best! This is an affordable way to experience the benefits and convenience of virtual training, as well as, my coaching style.
All fitness levels welcome- progressions and low-impact options always available.
Equipment recommended: exercise mat, towel and water. Light hand weights can be incorporated.
