Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching

We all have our own vision of health and wellness and but we don't always have the support and tools we need to achieve our goals. The truth is, our health is made up of so much more than diet and exercise. You are a total, holistic human being with unique qualities, values and talents. You also have your own set of challenges, transitions and concerns. Therefore, you need a coach that will meet you right where you are in life and provide you with the personalized support, tools, and accountability you need to improve your life mentally, physically, and emotionally. Coaching is a solutions focused and strengths based approach to helping individuals improve their lives and reach new heights. I will be here with you every step as your educator, mentor, listener, accountability partner and biggest fan and resource! 

Depending on the client's needs and goals, one can expect to focus on the following in my 1-on-1 coaching program:

  • Gain strategies to improve areas of wellness: nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration and self-care

  • Get clear about your priorities and goals in order to improve life balance
  • Gain emotional support and coping skills for life adjustments, career, relationship and life challenges
