6-weeks of sweat...Here's what you get!

-18 in-home interval workouts (3 sessions/week) delivered live via the Zoom platform

-Workouts programmed to accomodate all fitness levels and show progression

-24 hour video access to each workout

-Starting fit-test and evaluation

-Optional bi-weekly checkins and unlimited email support

-Real-time feedback and accountability coaching

-A 1/2 hour nutrition session

-Two, 1/2 hour yoga-based muscle recovery classes

-All the perks of in home training, including limited equipment needed.


Earlybird Registration: $115 +tax from 5/17/2020 - 5/27/2020
